Positive: Johanna has been extremely helpful in anything needed. She went beyond when our little daughter was feeling sick at night time.
Negative: Flyscreens should be updated, door flyscreens missing so it couldn't be left open, a bit of dead flyes found along windows. Some holes here and there in the ceilings and walls that should be closed to avoid the entrance of mosquitoes and geckos, these ones were plenty in the house.
